We all know that buying organic products is expensive. You know - $6 for a gallon of organic milk. I would love to buy everything organic, but this is not possible (living in OKC doesn’t help).
So, I came across a great article today that tells you what foods you should always try to buy organic if you can’t buy everything organic (which is most people I know).
Here’s the short list, but click on the link below to read the full article and the reasons why organic is better in these cases. It’s a bit shocking how many pesticides they use. I mean, you know they use pesticides, but reading the specifics is something different.
Also, at the end of the article they provide a link to a list of foods you don’t have to buy organic. All interesting stuff…at least to me!

Beef, Milk, Coffee, Apples, Peaches, Grapes, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Celery, Sweet Bell Peppers, Potatoes
Don’t worry about these (article):
Avocados, Bananas, Broccoli, Kiwi, Mangoes, Onions, Papaya & Pineapples
