Party People

Saturday was awesome. We shipped the girls to Okemah for the night and had a much deserved day with just adults. It rocked.

What did I do in my spare time without kids? At the risk of sounding like a complete dork, I did a lot of things that people without kids take for granted. I shopped, put gas in the car and cleaned my house from top to bottom. Wa-hoo!

Best of all, several of the hens and their roosters went out for a belated birthday bash for Miss Summer (you know, Little Hen). While we ended up restaurant hopping after some unexpected issues (Boo to Café Do Brasil and Yeah! to Deep Fork), we had a great time and lots of fun drinks. Sean and I actually stayed up until 1 a.m. It made for a rough Sunday. :)

I thought I’d post some pictures of the evening (I’ll be saving several for future blackmailing opportunities!). Can’t wait to do it again!
